Underway Technologies LLC ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our apps and websites (collectively, the "Services"). This policy covers the Mmoment app and the underwaytech.com website, and any other app we publish.

Your data stays on your device unless you share it or sign in. If you sign in (with Apple, Google, or an emailed code), we store your email address, sign-in method, the name and icon you choose, and who you connect with. What you share, including any photos in it, is uploaded to our servers and shown to the people you share it with. If you allow notifications, we store your device's push token. If you are signed in, the app sends us usage counts and error reports: counts of opens and pages saved per game, and crash records with the app and OS version. These contain no content, names, or device identifiers, and you can turn them off in the app under Settings › Privacy (Share usage & crash data). If you report content or a bug, we receive what you submit. Our servers keep request logs. Your camera and photos are used only with your permission and only when you ask. Messages sent through our website contact form are delivered by Formspree.

To provide the Services, keep them working, respond to reports, and comply with law. We do not use your information for advertising or track you across other companies' apps or websites.

We do not sell your personal information. It is processed by providers acting for us: Amazon Web Services, Apple, Google, and Formspree. We may disclose it when required by law. A small number of our staff can view reported content, bug reports, and usage figures to run the Services.

Account data is kept until you delete your account, which you can do at any time from your Profile page in the app; deletion removes everything tied to it from our servers, and the app removes its data from your device. Pages you contributed to a group's game stay with the group, without your name. Shared content is removed from our servers after 180 days. Other data is kept for at most 400 days, and reports you filed are kept without your name or account.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

Delete your account from your Profile page in the app. Turn usage and error reporting off in Settings › Privacy. You can save or export anything you made from the Notebook at any time. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
